i3 Software Solutions [legal form]

The controller determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. For any questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time using the details above.
02 Overview
Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process personal data only in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable German data protection law. This website is deliberately kept data-minimal: it does not use tracking, advertising, analytics, or social media plugins, and it sets no cookies that require your consent.
03 Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider (the "host"). When you visit the site, the host's servers automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This may include:
- the abbreviated or full IP address of the requesting device,
- the date and time of the request,
- the page or file requested,
- the browser type and version and the operating system used,
- the referrer URL (the previously visited page).
This data is not merged with other data sources and is used solely to ensure the technical operation, stability, and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable presentation of our website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised after it is no longer required for these purposes.
Our host processes this data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
04 SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. When encryption is active, the data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
05 Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, and it does not store any non-essential information on your device. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is required under § 25 TDDDG. Should we introduce cookies or comparable technologies in the future that are not strictly necessary, we will obtain your prior consent and update this policy accordingly.
06 Web fonts
This website uses self-hosted web fonts. The font files are delivered exclusively from our own server; no connection is established to third-party providers such as Google Fonts, and no data — including your IP address — is transmitted to third parties for the display of fonts.
07 Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide (such as your name, your email address, and the content of your message) will be processed solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We retain this data until your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations require longer storage; you may object to the processing or request erasure at any time.
08 No analytics, tracking, or external services
We do not use web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising networks, tracking pixels, social media plugins, or embedded third-party content (such as maps or video players) that would transmit your data to external providers. If this changes, we will describe each service, its purpose, and its legal basis here before it is introduced.
09 Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15) — to obtain confirmation of whether and what data we process about you;
- Rectification (Art. 16) — to have inaccurate data corrected;
- Erasure (Art. 17) — to have your data deleted, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Restriction (Art. 18) — to have processing restricted;
- Data portability (Art. 20) — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Objection (Art. 21) — to object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3)) — to withdraw any consent given, with effect for the future.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@i3softwaresolutions.de.
10 Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The authority responsible for us is:
Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW)
Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany
11 Data retention
We process and store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as retention periods prescribed by law (for example under commercial or tax law) require. Once the purpose ceases to apply and no retention obligations remain, the data is routinely deleted.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time so that it always reflects the current legal requirements or changes to our services. The version published on this page applies to your visit.
